In Castle Rock, we specialize in installing in-ground fiberglass pools, with the actual installation process usually taking about 5-7 days from the start of construction.

Start with an initial consultation with our expert team, this will help us understand your vision and objectives. We will work with you to design your yard and submit the necessary documentation for HOA and city approval. After finalizing and approving your design, we proceed to schedule your project.

If this is your first swimming pool, pay attention to the legal rules surrounding a swimming pool that protects you from lawsuits if someone were to ever get hurt on your property, amongs other safety reasons. Before constructing a pool, we will work with you to obtain a permit and ensure all structures comply with zoning requirements.

Other design items we must consider include: Secure pool entry with a fence or barrier, which must be at least four feet tall and equipped with entry warning alarms if the house is part of the barrier. The gate must swing outward, be self-closing, and fencing must be completed before filling the pool with water. Overhead service cables need to be 22.5 feet from the water level. A final inspection is required once construction is complete.
