Please remember that this timeframe follows the completion of the design phase and obtaining necessary approvals from the HOA and city, which can take several weeks.

The process kicks off with an initial consultation with our expert team to grasp your vision and objectives. We then move to design development and submit the necessary documentation for HOA and city approval. After finalizing and approving your design, we proceed to schedule your project. Installation is efficient, typically finishing within a week.

If this is your first swimming pool, pay attention to the legal rules surrounding a swimming pool that protects you from lawsuits if someone were to ever get hurt on your property, amongs other safety reasons. Before constructing a pool, we will work with you to obtain a permit and ensure all structures comply with zoning requirements.
Other design items we must consider include: Secure pool entry with a fence or barrier, which must be at least four feet tall and equipped with entry warning alarms if the house is part of the barrier. The gate must swing outward, be self-closing, and fencing must be completed before filling the pool with water. Overhead service cables need to be 22.5 feet from the water level. A final inspection is required once construction is complete.
